Shipping Container Lock Boxes

A shipping container lock box helps protect your padlock from bolt cutters and improves everyday security. They're fitted as standard on New One Trip and A Grade containers, and they're also available separately if you'd like to upgrade an older container.

A lock box is a steel cover welded over the container's door handles, shielding the padlock so there's very little room to get a cutting tool onto the shackle. It's one of the simplest ways to make a container harder to break into.

If your container is on a worksite, farm, rural property or anywhere it's left unattended for long periods, a lock box is a worthwhile upgrade. Pair it with one of our heavy-duty brass padlocks for a complete security setup.
