When a 20ft simply will not fit
At just under three metres long, a 10ft container goes places its bigger siblings cannot - narrow driveways, small yards, courtyards and sites where every metre is spoken for. It still gives you around 16 cubic metres of secure, dry storage.
It is the size most homeowners land on. Roughly a one-bedroom flat or a double garage worth of gear, in a box you can put beside the house without losing the whole section.

Roughly the contents of a one-bedroom flat, or a well-packed double garage. If you are storing furniture from a larger house, a 20ft is usually the safer call.
Less than for the bigger sizes, but the truck still needs room. Allow around 12 metres of clear, firm approach and check for overhead wires and low branches.
They are less common than 20ft and 40ft because they are not a standard shipping size - many are cut down from larger units. Stock moves quickly, so it is worth asking early.
Yes. They make excellent compact site offices, tool stores and kiosks. Doors, windows, lining, insulation and power can all be fitted in our workshop.
