Portacoms are fine until you need something that looks decent, locks up properly and lasts more than a couple of seasons. A container office is stronger, more secure and holds its value far better.
We insulate, line and wire every office build so it is comfortable to sit in through a New Zealand winter, then finish it in your colours. When the project moves, the office goes with it.

Windows & door
Sliding windows for daylight plus a lockable personnel door with a proper handle set.
Insulation & lining
Full wall, roof and floor insulation behind ply or Gib, so it holds temperature.
Power & data
Certified switchboard, double GPOs, LED lighting and data cabling where needed.
Heating
Heat pump or panel heaters sized for the space - essential in an uninsulated yard.
Joinery
Fitted desks, shelving and cabinetry so the space works from day one.
Branding
Painted in your colours with signage or a full vinyl wrap if you want it.

Container offices, answered
For a temporary site office on a construction site, usually not. For a permanent office on a commercial or residential property, you generally will need consent. Rules differ by council, so it is worth a quick call to them early.
Once insulated and lined, very comfortable. Bare steel is the problem, not the container itself. Add a heat pump and it holds temperature as well as a small building.
Yes. We can wire the office for a generator or an external plug-in supply, and solar with battery is an option for remote sites with modest loads.
A 20ft comfortably suits two to four desks. A 40ft gives you room for a meeting area or a separate room. For a single-person site office, a 10ft is often plenty.
