Hastings questions, answered
Typically 3–5 working days for local delivery, depending on stock and the truck schedule. If you have a hard deadline, tell us up front and we will confirm a realistic date before you commit.
As a rule of thumb allow about three times the container length of clear, straight approach (roughly 18 metres for a 20ft) plus around 4.5 metres of overhead clearance. If your site is tighter, a 10ft or a HIAB lift is usually the answer.
Yes, and we would prefer you did. Our Omahu Rd yard is open Monday to Friday with viewings by appointment - call ahead and we will have the grades you are considering ready to walk through.
For temporary storage during a build, generally not. For a permanent structure it can count toward site coverage, and anything habitable needs building consent. Rules vary by council, so for anything permanent check with your local one first.
